STORE POLICIES

We provide curbside pickup, local delivery, and customer-paid shipping. Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected in order to determine the safest and most affordable shipping methods available to us.

SHIPPING

We do our best to accommodate all needs and ship orders ASAP. Invoices must be paid prior to shipment. Customers will be notified once their order is shipped and they are charged via their preferred payment method.

  • Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
  • Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight.

  • Expedited shipping, insurance coverage, and added services are available with additional shipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery.

  • We currently ship via UPS or USPS through our local Parcel Center.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Please contact us at baybreezeinteriors@gmail.com or 401.348.0722 to provide 24-hour notice and an ETA, especially for large items and furniture. Free!

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free for small items in the Watch Hill area. For furniture, please contact us at baybreezeinteriors@gmail.com or 401.348.0722 to determine eligibility and, depending on the item and location, if there will be a shipping & handling fee. Drop-off time is limited and subject to Rob's availability.​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are available for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY with the original receipt. Our policy differs according to the type of item(s) being returned.

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - we are sorry, but no exceptions can be made.

  • All furniture is sold as-is and cannot be returned.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for exchange/store credit.

  • Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges.

  • A store credit or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items.
